Designed by Eiichi Motobashi, the Denarau Island golf course incorporates a unique Pacific theme with bunkers in the shape of marine creatures. With a par of 72, the 7,150-yard course offers tee positions for all levels of golfers, including four water carry par-threes, four challenging par-fives, and 10 par-fours. The longest hole is 570 yards, and the shortest is 170 yards.
The golf course is also home to the Fiji Premium Club House, which offers wood-fired pizzas with delightful toppings, daily curry and roast specials, burgers and fries, salads, and much more. Overlooking the links, this venue has a sports lounge complete with live coverage on four Flat Screen Televisions, plus a large outdoor screen for bigger games. A 360-degree bar serves ice-cold Fiji Premium, Fiji Bitter, and Fiji Gold on tap as well as selections from a large wine cellar. |

The perfectly manicured (and environmentally friendly) seashore paspalum grass presents the golfer with championship standard playing conditions all year round. Course architect, Ross Watson, much admired for his work on Palm Meadows, Robina Woods and Royal Sydney, has conceived Pacific Harbour's 6,402 metre par 72 golf course as a temptation to social players and professionals alike.
All the key characteristics of a world-class course have been incorporated: a great layout that tracks the terrain naturally, challenging design and memorable holes, framed by beautiful landscaping which emulates the unique coastal forest environment on Bribie Island. |
